1. Dab cotton balls or cloth with Peppermint Oil and place in window sills, door jams, in cabinets, under furniture, access points and any problem areas.

Does a great job of keeping wasps and geckos away from the house.
If this product deters the snakes from coming inside, I will be very happy. I use it in a spray bottle.
I am also plagued with nocturnal rodents.
I live in the middle of a box/ironbark forest on a covenanted property. We have built the house ourselves and of course seem to have provided any number of creatures with a fine dwelling
